    disappointed

    the contents arent the same as the previous one I ordered. it’s very thin and doesnt bubble unlike the previous one. it’s not smelling great as well. i dont know if this is new formula or a factory defect

    Looking into this we can see that you previously used Advanced Clarifying Body Wash. We decreased the amount of water in the formulation and added in more cleansing and skin-conditioning agents. Please also know that the amount of fragrance was increased in the new formula. This was done based on feedback from our customers that the bodywash smell was too light or not noticeable, and to match the fragrance level in our other products. The color/transparency has changed as a result of the reformulation. We're sorry you are not liking the new product.

    The only body wash I'll ever need

    Removes all the greasy buildup from a long day's work whilst keeping my skin hydrated. Have never found a better body wash and refuse to use anything else

    Great product, cleans well but in comparison to advanced body wash I prefer the advanced version and this time as I live far the bottle cap came broken and 1/4 was leaked, rest good I recommend

    Perfect!

    I have ordered your product three times now and I can say that it is perfect!

    But there is some problem with your original package. In 2 orders out of 3 that I made, there was a problem with liquid leakage. In one case, half of the liquid escaped from the jar. Otherwise - 1/4. Please change something with the lid.
